The event startup behind the Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest has banned contests to find other doppelgängers after dozens of other contests kept popping up.

Apparently, Timmy reached out to 23-year-old Anthony Po to praise him for coming up with the now-infamous contest.

The 'Dune' star's team also reached out with words of praise for the viral event: "They basically [said] like, 'We thought it was awesome.'"
