Bob Bryar, My Chemical Romance's former drummer, has died at the age of 44. He was reportedly found dead in his home in Tennessee on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

Bob Bryar — the former drummer for emo band My Chemical Romance — was found dead in his home in Tennessee over the weekend. On Monday, the band released a brief statement with regards to their former member’s death.

My Chemical Romance spoke out after former drummer Bob Bryar died at 44 years old. “The band asks for your patience and understanding as they process the news of Bob’s passing,” a spokesperson for the band said in a statement to Variety on Sunday.
