US: Coast Guard Rescues 3 Mariners After Emergency Off Cape Hatteras
CAPE HATTERAS, NC - The U.S. Coast Guard sprang into action Thursday, December 12, rescuing three mariners 154 miles southeast of Cape Hatteras after their situation turned critical. An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Air Station Elizabeth City hoisted the mariners to safety from the sailing vessel TIME-AUT.
