The Festival of Trees in Dearborn is celebrating its 40th year of raising money to help fund research the causes and cures of childhood diseases.

The 40th annual Festival of Trees kicked off at the Boise Centre on Tuesday, Nov. 26, and runs through Monday, Dec. 2. Tickets range from $6-10.

From the giant Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square, an annual gift from Norway, to displays at Covent Garden and Kew Gardens, the capital sparkles with holiday cheer.
